Thank you for ordering from Her Beauty Hair. We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering a seamless luxury shopping experience.

For security purposes, your billing and shipping information must be entered correctly at checkout. The billing address must match the address associated with your payment method or your transaction may be declined. If a pending charge appears after a declined payment, it will automatically fall off your account.

Please note: Her Beauty Hair does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address.


Processing, Shipping & Handling

♥ Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
♥ Orders placed on Friday begin processing the next business day
♥ Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
♥ Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
♥ International Shipping: 7–10 business days depending on location
♥ All packages are shipped via FedEx
♥ Business days are Monday–Friday


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours to update.

If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam folder.

Order Changes

To ensure timely delivery, orders are processed quickly. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.


Returns

Her Beauty Hair accepts returns on unopened hair extensions within seven (7) days of delivery.

To be eligible:

♥ Hair must remain unopened
♥ Security seal must not be broken
♥ Hair must not be worn, brushed, altered, or removed from packaging

Hair extensions are considered hygienic products. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the seal has been broken.

Final Sale Items:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

♥ All lace products (closures, frontals, wigs)
♥ Bundle deals that include lace
♥ Custom colored units
♥ Custom, preorder, or made-to-order items
♥ Sale and launch items

Custom colored and all lace items are final sale.

Customers must contact Her Beauty Hair before sending any return.


Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

♥ Original shipping costs are non-refundable
♥ Refunds typically process within 24–48 hours after approval (bank timing may vary)


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days if:

♥ Security seal remains intact
♥ Hair is unopened and unaltered
♥ Hair has not been brushed, worn, or manipulated

If hair is returned altered, it will be sent back.
